War is changing the lives of people and communities today. If you work with people — in a school, community organization, volunteer project, or social service — it is important to have practical tools that help create a safe environment and support those who are experiencing traumatic experiences during war. We invite you to join the program
“Trauma-Informed Community: Local Solutions for Community Psychosocial Resilience” , a Ukrainian adaptation of the international COPE initiative 🌍💙
About the program
This training program combines theory and practice: we offer clear trauma-informed care methodologies, cases from the Ukrainian context, and tools that can be applied immediately in your community. Participants will have access to materials, practical exercises, and the opportunity to exchange experiences with colleagues from Europe. 🤝📘
What you will get
- Practical TID tools for working with people who have experienced trauma.
- Skills for creating safe spaces in schools, support centers, and community initiatives.
- Certificate of completion of training subject to attendance of sessions.
- Invitation to a facilitators’ forum to establish cooperation and exchange practices. 🛠️🎓
Who is this for
The program is designed for trainers, educators, representatives of non-formal education, public figures, social workers, psychologists and volunteers. We especially encourage the participation of women and representatives of vulnerable groups, including people with disabilities. 👥✨
